一、描述:Description

我们在多环境状态下分析粉体的流变特性,这些环境涉及到粉体的方方面面,比如加工工艺过程中的管道传输中的气流高温;存储中粉体内聚能量及外部的高温,低温、湿度环境;运输中粉体受到的震动而粉体压缩及恶劣的紫外、 臭氧气候环境特性;我们还提供真空环境,这些环境的变化对粉体质量及流动特性的影响是不可忽视的,

We analyze the rheological properties of powders in multi-environmental conditions, The environment involves all aspects of the powder, such as high temperature air in pipe the process of processing technology ; Cohesive energy in powder body and external  high temperature, low temperature, humidity environment during storage process.The vibration and the compression of the powder in the transportation process, and the poor ultraviolet and ozone climate properties;We also provide a vacuum environment . The impact of these environmental changes on the quality of the powders and the flow characteristics is not negligible.

二、功能描述:Functional description

采用环剪方式在动态的单一或交变的环境下来分析粉体的流变分析粉体在这些环境下的剪切、固结、时间、应力与应变关系、屈服强度函数实时动态数据采集和分析曲线图,建立莫尔圆破坏包络线、流动因子、有效内摩擦角、屈服轨迹线、流动函数、Jenike流动性指数FI判断流与不流及临界点、计算料斗半顶角、粉体空隙率、松装与压实变化关系、预压缩直至稳态流动状态.采用PC软件建立及分析数据模型,参照ASTM_D6128-97ASTM D6682-2008Jenike方法.

The analisis  the shear, consolidation, time, stress and strain relation, yield strength function real-time dynamic data acquisition and analysis graph of the powder in these environments, Establish  Mohr's circle failure envelope, flow factor, the effective internal friction Angle, flow yield line and flow function, the Jenike liquidity index FI judging flow or not  flow and critical point, calculation of hopper half-apex Angle, powder void fraction, the relationship of  apparent and the compaction change. Precompression until  steady flow state. The PC software is adopted to establish and analyze the data model, Reference ASTM_D6128-97;ASTM d6682-2008 and Jenike methods.

比如通过这些,我们可以了解到粉体对环境的适应性、抗拒性、不同环境临界值及对未来的预测性,及这些环境下粉体的流动性及老化寿命进行分析为;科研、开发、产品配比、质量改善建立产品数据模型,广泛用于大中专院校、科研院所及企业实验室.
